Colectivo Beznei

Colectivo Beznei is a kind of scenic clay that takes shape towards the present, giving space to inhabit different corpo-realities of the local context. The stage is explored as a tribute to the living body, to its movement and its traces, to the words that cannot otherwise be said, to the songs and games that otherwise would not arise and that nevertheless, manage to evoke a corner of the collectivity that needs to be observed.

Beznei's development is based on contemporary dance without a specific port, holding play as a creative manifesto, with a 'pataphysical and horizontal perspective towards an interdisciplinary drift of slow-burn processes and in intimate formats, even in large and urban venues. It focuses on the creation and production of performing experiences for various spaces and audiences, as well as the expansion of these explorations through workshops and laboratories for all types of people.

To date there is a track record of nine landscapes (works) with the collaboration of more than 40 artists of various disciplines, ages and origins. We have dedicated mainly to create to the local public of Morelos, however, we have also participated in various spaces in Mexico City, Guanajuato, Guerrero, Jalisco, Puebla, Querétaro, Sinaloa, Tlaxcala, Veracruz - Mexico and internationally in Italy and Spain.
